Because our products are personal-use items, we follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines. Please review our return and refund policy below:


Returns

  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

  • Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.


Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received, product damaged in transit).


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@nasiyahsmane.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Bonnets, Brushes, Combs, Scalp Massagers, Edge Brushes
  • Sale or promotional items (final sale)


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at support@nasiyahsmane.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product so we can make it right.
