Shipping policy

At Na’Siyahs’ Mane, we are dedicated to getting your little one’s hair care products to you quickly, safely, and with care. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing may take longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

  • Na’Siyahs’ Mane is not responsible for carrier delays once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping will be announced as we expand.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Na’Siyahs’ Mane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email [your support email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can assist you.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • If you purchase a pre-order item, it will ship as soon as it becomes available.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
